Home Construction

If you’ve got an empty space that needs turning into an inspiring office space, Basement or Home Cinema  then a Quiet Interiors fit-out project is what you need. If you’re sat in a tired office that needs a new lease of life or an empty basement shell then you're in the right place, we are experts in both.

St Albans Interior Fit out Service

Our fit-out process includes everything you need to transform a space into a fresh and exciting environment. This includes room construction, services, light installation, audio-visual equipment and furniture. We have assembled the best interior designers, project managers, and installation experts to ensure your fit out is delivered on time, to budget and to your expectations. When you work with us, you will be appointed a dedicated project team, who will see you through from design to the final installation.

We start by assessing your space to develop a design plan that works for your organisation now and well into the future. We then create 2D floor plans – then 3D visuals to show you what your space will look, sound and feel like. We manage all aspects of relevant planning permissions and building controls, and provide a comprehensive budget and timeframe to ensure minimum disruption.

What can I expect from a fit out?

Quiet Interiors fit outs often involve, but are not limited to, room construction, build services, light installation, audio visual equipment and furniture. Our team of experienced fit out contractors will work alongside our project team to carefully manage the fit out and make sure it’s on track.

As part of any fit-out or refurbishment, our aim is minimal disruption to you. Communication is key for any construction relationship, and we will keep you updated on the progress of your new space throughout.

Office partition wall systems are ideal for creating office corridors, meeting rooms, IT equipment rooms, and storage areas amongst many others. Our walls, made from metal stud and plasterboard, can be quickly installed, then plastered and painted.

If you have a problem ceiling which is out of level, damaged or failing lathe and plaster, often the best solution is to install an MF ceiling. This is a metal frame that can be fitted just under the original ceiling, perfectly levelled with a laser level. The metal frame is then plasterboarded as usual and can either have a taped and jointed finish or be plastered. This system also allows cables and pipework to be run above the ceiling and can also include extra thermal and sound insulation.
